BRD FIRST Tech Challenge Romania has the entire project based on the work of Volunteers. They actively ensure events run smoothly, they are a real support for Teams and their families.
Volunteers are FIRST most valuable asset. Their selfless contributions of time and resources are instrumental in accomplishing FIRST mission of inspiring the next generation of science, technology, engineering and mathematics leaders and innovators.
In the #1st season of BRD FIRST Tech Challenge Romania employees from different corporations, students and kids parents found out for the first time about FIRST Volunteer principles, and experienced what being Volunteers did really mean.

For the second season we have opened positions for a large palate of volunteers.
Volunteers involved in program organization:
They will work during the entire season together with the organizers. They need to be based in Bucharest, Iasi, Cluj or Timisoara. The positions require specific skills as: project management, fluent communication and computer based literacy, traffic & assistance for travel & accommodation. The required positions will be detailed in one to one conversations, interviews.

During the competition and friendly matches the teams will need coordination and assistance during the Judging interviews, to be guide toward the Robot Inspectors rooms, to navigate inside the location and to have everything they need in their pits.

During the competition and friendly matches events all technical volunteers will perform specific tasks. The level of complexity in medium and some positions will need accreditation. After registering for you desired position, we will inform you about the necessary steps to be followed.
